Pisacane Loft description

Pisacane Loft is an open space structure just recently fully restored  composed of living area,  cooking corner, bedroom area and bathroom with all functionally and with all accessories and equipments for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Perfect for couples and families with children.

In particular, our guests will find tv, Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, induction plate, coffee machine, kettle, air conditioning and heating throughout the facility so that we can enjoy the maximum comfort both in the summer and the winter period.

In the living room area our guests can use a sofa bed, which is very comfortable.  Pisacane Loft   is ideal for two adults and one/two kids . The structure is not recommended for 3/4 adults.

In the apartment  guests will find  a  reception set  for breakfast, bed sheets pillows , towel bath, soup and shampoo.

Assistance during the reservation phase, check-in and the stay will be provided continuously   with all information and details of the area to the guests.

For long stay 5-7 days  change of bathroom  towels an bed sheets will be provided

In addition, it is possible, upon request and for payment, the cleaning service of apartment and  of towels and bed sheets laundry  during the entire stay. 

Pisacane Loft  has a parking space for the guest car located in the condominial courtyard.

Pisacane Loft host has risen since 2017 a consolidated and extensive experience in the management of an holiday house located in San Donato Milanese (www. cozypenthouse. com), gained good, excellent and unanimous appreciations and recognitions for the very high service provision level. Even for Pisacane Loft, the same criteria and methodologies for the management of holiday house will be applied and the guests will be assisted since the early stages of the reservation, check-in by providing them with all logistical information required for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Pisacane Loft is located in Torrione district just a time away from the Salerno centre to a few metres from the sea where bathing plant are located, beaches, tennis courts, and the municipal pool.<br />All services are available in the district, shops, pizzerias, restaurants and immediate vicinity, a characteristic market is available.<br />The Forte la Carnale, the small little stronghold built on the coast, overlooks Torrione District.
In conclusions, the main objective of Pisacane Loft is to offer a good, functional, and comfortable lodging for those who intend to visit Salerno and its interesting province for tourism, work, and business making guests feel like home.

 

 

Main rules

  • Any molesting noise from 2.pm to 4.pm and from 22pm to 7am shall be prohibited

  • Pisacane Loft is not available to organise parties, events and celebration

  • Kindly respect condominium rules

  • No residence is allowed for domestic animals

  • It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment

  • Guest are kindly requested to comply with the disposal of waste differentiated within days as specified by booklet available in the flat.
